Now on to Seattle

We arrived in Seattle, after enjoying the ride form Spokane and stopping to hike some trails in the Ginko Petrified Forest. The ride was beautiful, very Northwest!

I had some time off of work to explore the Northwest. Our Campground is South of the city, and the city is very big. I did not picture Seattle this big in my mind!

We started out by finding a local Dog Park, called 'grandview' and the View is grand! Its a 30 acre offleash park, with great views, and on a clear day you can see Mt Rainier. The dogs have been here every day of our visit, as its only 4 minutes from the campground.

We visited Alki Beach, which is where settlers first landed in the Seattle area. We walked along the beach paths and enjoyed pizza and later fish and chips with the dogs on Puget Sound.
