Chihuly Gardens and Glass.

One of Seattle's (Tacoma) native son artists is a famous glass blower... some of his work is approaching "priceless" status, and is something i will never be able to afford, so seeing it is a great privilege.

I really enjoyed this place. I have been a fan of Dale Chihuly's work for years, and i fondly remember visiting the PHX art museum for his work in the past.

Hand blown glass combined into wonder outs installations. The colors and textures, playing with the light around it is, to me, amazing and emotional.

I don't think my pics really do the work justice, you have to see this for yourselves... but here they are...
