Our first day in Monteray continued with a visit to "Cannery Row". This is an area made famous by the Steinbeck book of the same name.
It is now a tourist trapish area surrounding the aquarium (which i visited on my last day).
The pups and I had a outdoor lunch at a seafood place, and walked the San Diego fitness trail for several miles to the Fisherman's wharf. Monteray is a wonderful area, great open spaces, very friendly people, and the weather was just great for us! I will return for a longer stay in the future.
